Rashid International Coastal Bridge
Bridge Structural Strengthening with FRP System
Damietta Port has taken a significant step towards enhancing Egyptian trade by undergoing redevelopment, leading to a dramatic increase in truck traffic the Rashid Coastal Bridge. To accommodate the heightened load demands, extensive strengthening measures were implemented. The bridge was reinforced using a-of-the-art CFRP system, renowned as the most advanced strengthening technology globally. Notably, the project utilized 50-meter long CFRP laminates for slab reinforcement, marking it as the longest application of its kind in the Middle East and nearly worldwide.

Structural Repair & Strengthening for Fire-Damaged Structures
In March 2015, a major fire ignited from an electrical short circuit on the upper floor of Cheops Hall, eventually spreading to multiple other halls. The fire persisted for six hours to insufficient fire-fighting systems before 30 firefighting trucks were able to extinguish it. An evaluation of the structural elements indicated different levels of damage severity among various components. To rectify the damages, several solutions were applied, including crack injection, concrete jacketing, and CFRP strengthening.

Hotel Building Rehabilitation with Strengthening for Architectural and Structural modifications
In 2011, The Nile Ritz-Carlton hotel started a project of complete structural rehabilitation with purpose of repair and strenthening the deteriorated structural elements along with some structure system adjustments. The repair work was applied to the concrete elements that was subjected to high corrosion levels. The renovation process included some adjustments to the structural systems, which required structural strengthening for some elements, this strengthening was done by either RC concrete jacketing or CFRP strengthening.

Police HQ Rehabilitation after Explosive Terrorist Attack
In January 2014 Cairo police HQ Building was severly damaged in explosion caused by a terroristic attack. The structure went through extensive repair and strengthening works for around a year. The repair works included, concrete jacketing for damaged columns, beams, slabs. In addition to concrete Jacketing. Some elements were strengthened using CFRP Sheet, in order to improve its capacity

In 2008, National Bank of Egypt bought Cairo Plaza two towers, and transformed those two buildings, from residential to administrative office buildings. The process included repair for some structural elements that suffered corrosion deterioration. Also four new elevators were constructed in the building to support the new capacity and functionality of the building, and in order to construct those four elevators, openings had to be made in all 40 floors, and strengthening for the slab and other structure elements that will support these elevators. CFRP system was utilized in strengthening.

In 2006, a middle slab was transformed into a working lane while being a cantilever. structural system this slab was strengthened using CFRP system & Sheets, in just 21 Days. A Special designed cementitious mix was prepared by our company and added on top of the CFRP system in order to protect it from the high temperature of Asphalt layer added (exceding maximum failure temprature of epoxy).

El Azhar Mosque - Minaret

El Azhar Mosque is a one of the most important historical monuments in Egypt, was built in 972 AD and is still in use. The project was to strengthen the Minaret's rock stairs and sides, however this is a historical structure so there are other aspects that should be applied, including the criticality in repair, minimizing repair area, and shape and style of the repaired area or element. The strengthening was done in a special accurate technical process in order to preserve shape and style, using epoxy crack injection, and CFRP sheet rock strengthening
